Start your experience with a welcome spritz and small bites, then continue onto a distiller-led tour of our production space. Learn more about what goes into every bottle, try new and experimental releases, and experience a one-of-a-kind destination for cocktail and spirit enthusiasts.
Complete your tour with a visit to our shop where customers have access to limited release spirits, custom merch, and bottles to bring home. Or head upstairs to our restaurant for a meal and cocktails at Bar Brucato.

We welcome anyone over 21 years old to join us on a tour of the Brucato Amaro distillery.
We recommend all of our guests join us for a meal and cocktails afterward at Bar Brucato. If you're interested, we encourage making a reservation at least one hour after your scheduled tour begins: Bar Brucato Reservations. We do offer walk-ins at Bar Brucato depending on availability.
How long are the tours?
Our tours are approximately 45 minutes in length, concluding with a seated tasting session.
Whats included in the tour?
Each tour includes:
- A welcome spritz
- A guided walkthrough of our production space
- Insight into our botanicals, ingredients and production process
- A seated tasting of our three flagship amaros (Chaparral, Woodlands, Orchards) and one experimental release
- Small bites served with the tasting flight
- Access to limited releases and distillery-exclusive items

Can I book a private tour?
Of course! Our distillery tours are a great team building experience for your next occasion or corporate event. We also offer cocktail classes and host events tailored to your group's needs.

Can I buy bottles or merch?
Our shop is the perfect place to conclude your visit. Choose from our amaros, experimental releases, and Brucato merch. We have plenty of gifts and souvenirs to take home.
Is there parking available?
Street parking is available near our venue. There is often street parking on Division Street (under the freeway).
