Mission Gin
inspired by the vibrancy of San Francisco's Mission District. Classic notes of juniper and coriander are complemented by fennel, bright citrus, and cardamom.
We are thrilled to release our first gin—Mission Gin—an ode to San Francisco and the botanicals found across its hillsides and neighborhoods. This is a true small-batch, craft gin, made from the same local grape brandy that we use for our award-winning amaros, and then redistilled with real ingredients—and plenty of them!—in our Mission District distillery.
Mission Gin strikes a balance between classic styles; it is at once dry, citrus forward, and herbal, making it deliciously dynamic and strikingly versatile. Mix with soda or tonic, sip neat on ice with a twist, or pour for your next martini, negroni, gimlet, or any other classic or creative gin cocktail. We hope this gin will soon be a staple on your bar.

This trio adds warmth and complexity. Together, they create a savory-spiced layer that balances freshness with depth.

Lemon and peel brings vibrant, zesty top notes. They lift the spirit with a clean, refreshing finish.
A CLASSIC GIN, ROOTED IN CALIFORNIA
Mission Gin began as a one-off idea in our Experimental Series—a bold attempt to bottle the spirit of San Francisco. But the result was too good to keep small.
Bright with citrus, grounded by juniper, and layered with warm spice, Mission Gin quickly earned a permanent spot in our lineup. It’s a love letter to the hillsides, producers, and markets of our home city—distilled.

After countless tweaks and tastings, we found that Mission Gin was layered, expressive, and rooted in place. A testament to the city we love and the ingredients that define California.
So what began as a one-off became something permanent. Mission Gin is now part of our core lineup—a spirit that started as an experiment but became an essential part of Brucato. It’s our answer to the question: what should a California gin taste like?
